Sierra Auction is open to the public, and we welcome buyers from around the world. If you’d like to know when or where our auctions are held, please click on our AUCTION CALENDAR for an up-to-date listing of upcoming auction events.

You can make your deposit using your credit card; just walk away if you do not buy anything, no lines….and it is FREE!

There is NO charge of fees to use your credit card authorization for your deposit! – If you don’t win any auction items just walk away and your credit card authorization automatically drops off (actual timing is subject to your credit card issuer).

Auto deposit $500; Merchandise Deposit $200 (covers costs if items remain unpaid).

Payments: All Payments can be made using Zelle Payments (No firearm payments allowed), Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer, or through our online payment gateway (A 3% Surcharge will be added to the final invoice total when paying through this gateway). If you win auction items… Payment in Cash or Cashier’s Check, Debit Card. (In-Preson Credit Cards may be used on vehicle purchases up to $3,000. A 3% surcharge will be added when using a credit card or a non-pin-based debit card). Tiered Buyers Premium.

Per the Terms and Conditions of the Bidder Contract you authorize Sierra (Auctioneer) to retain your deposit in the event you fail to pay for the items you purchased. If you do not pay for all the items for which you were the successful bidder by the 5th calendar day following the auction, Auctioneer will charge your credit card for the entire deposit amount. Auctioneer retains all it rights to charge late and storage fees and bidder will be liable for all costs and losses suffered due to Bidder breach. Auctioneer retains the right to sue Bidder for specific performance for Bidders breach of contract.

By placing a credit card authorization deposit you acknowledge and agree to these revised terms and conditions to the Bidder Contract. If you have any questions please see a Sierra Management representation. You may always use cash to make your deposit.

NO CHILDREN under age 16 allowed on the premises during any auction related event for safety reasons.

ATTENTION: Per city code, if you are a City of Phoenix or a City of Tempe employee, you are not permitted to bid on any City of Phoenix or City of Tempe assets, either knowingly or unknowingly. By participating in our auction you are agreeing to this restriction & will abide to it.

TERMINOLOGY

Tent Lane / Passenger Vehicles - are driven through the auction sale area at a very slow speed so that buyers can better determine vehicle value by listening to the engine and visually seeing the vehicle run. Under NO circumstances does Sierra warrant that these vehicles are free from defects in the engine, transmission, or drive train. It simply allows the buyer to have a level of confidence that the vehicle can move forward/backward.

Selling Stationary - are sold with a key and have been deemed unsafe to be driven or undriveable, but do start either on their own or through the use of a battery jump start.

Non-Runner - are those vehicles sold with or without a key and cannot be started. Vehicles in this category could include engine problems, missing parts, collision vehicles, or virtually any other issue that would cause a vehicle to be a non-runner.

BOX A – Actual Mileage.
BOX B – Mileage exceeds the mechanical limits of the odometer.
BOX C – True Mileage Unknown.

Reserve Not Met - This means that the item has a reserve price amount that must be met before the item can be sold. If the item does not meet the reserve amount requirement it may also be offered as an IF or on a call.

On A Call / Sold as IF - Any item that has a reserve amount that has not been met or is close to the reserve amount can be offered on a phone call or if. This is where we reach out to the consignor of the item and ask if they will take less than the reserve amount that was placed on the item.

ALL Vehicles Are Sold AS IS WHERE IS.

It is the responsibility of the bidder to understand the manner in which items are being sold. THE BIDDER MUST UNDERSTAND WHAT HE/SHE IS BIDDING ON AND HOW IT IS BEING SOLD; IF NOT, PLEASE ASK OR DO NOT BID!

Credit Deposit

Auto deposit $500; Merchandise Deposit $200 (covers costs if items remain unpaid).

If you win auction items… if you choose to use your Credit deposit as payment for your invoice, there will be a 3% credit card fee applied ($15 for $500 deposits and $6 for $200 deposits). If you DO NOT want to pay this fee, you MUST pay your invoice in full on the day of the Auction and we will void the Credit deposit transaction the same day. You may pay cash and/or certified check for the entire balance of your purchases and qualify for the reduced Buyers Premium, or use your credit card and/or debt card to pay for your purchases the full Buyers of Premium will apply.

You may NOT use your credit card to purchase titled vehicles.

Edit Bidder Info

To change or update any of your bidding information such as: Billing Address, Shipping Address or Personal Information, please view the options below that fit your bidding platform.

Proxibid – Vehicles, Heavy Equipment, Firearms, etc… Please call Proxibid at 1-877-505-7770 or email support@proxibid.com to update or change any of your bidding information, for example: Credit Card, Billing, and Shipping Information to Password and Username.
